Caseificio di Primiero

The Caseificio di Primiero (Dairy) produces, according to traditional methods and to traditional recipes, genuine cheeses, strictly controller in order to offer the consumer the highest guarantee of quality. The milk comes from approximately 100 cattlesheds across the Primiero and annually the Dairy works over 35,000 quintals of milk. The variety of cheeses produced is considerable: from the Tosèla to the mature Primiero, from fresh and smoked Ricotta to Dolomite Caciottas and the Primo sale.
