From the Centro Equestre Maso del Sole, passing the Rifugio Madonnina and enjoying the remarkable views over the Vigolana and the Brenta Dolomite Group, turn towards Verzer in Vigolo Vattaro. Descend a forest road, from which it is possible to take an interesting alternative route to Forte Fornas. Traversing the meadows you then reach Vattaro and via ancient mule tracks you descend the area of the old Mandola mills.

Climb a mule track up to Bosentino which faces Mount Castegnè, a wide area of chestnut trees with remarkable panoramic views over Lake Caldonazzo. Passing the hamlet of Santa Caterina you arrive at Roncogno on a fan cultivated with apple and cherry trees, then climb old sheep-tracks up to Lake Restel. Then take a forest road which goes straight into the heart of the Piné Plateau, going round Laghestel, an important biotope, to finally arrive at one of the major equestrian centres of this area: the Centro Ippico GD Farm.
