15 km from the Piné Stopover Point, towards the Malga Cere, you will arrive at the Redebus Pass, which connects the Piné Plateau with the Valle del Fersina. Here you will find the ancient Forni Fusori, an important prehistoric archaeological site. From here leave the path for Malga Cere and turn down towards Palù del Fersina along the mule tracks and partly asphalted roads, passing the characteristic farmsteads of the Valle del Fersina.

Once you arrive in the town you can visit the Mócheno Cultural Institute, an important cultural centre for the protection and promotion of the linguistic peculiarities of the Mócheno population, and from here descend to the Fersina River, and then climb up to the ancient mule track which takes you to the other slope and to the Malga Valcava, a farmhouse pension (providing accommodation and meals).

Then continue along forest roads through an area of thin wood and pasture (Prati Imperiali) and then by climbing up paths you will pass through Stoana, once famous for its mills and fountains, the remains of which still bear witness to its fame. Then, once you have passed the hamlet of Stoana ("stone", "Stein"), ford the water divide between Fravort and Panarotta along an easy mule track until you reach the "La Bassa" mountain crossroad, the intersection with the route which connects Spagolle with the Agritur Rincher, which is 7 km away.
